Sold out products are marked on the specific bag page, and we are unable to fulfil your order.

PRICING and PAYMENT
Prices on this website are quoted in AUD (inclusive of GST).
Once you have completed your purchase, your credit card will be verified immediately and your order billed to your card. Your parcel will then be shipped to your nominated address.
After the Apple accepts all major forms of payment via PayPal.
SHIPPING, DELIVERY and FEES
Residents in Australia may make purchases and receive delivery from the After the Apple online store.
Please allow up to ten business days from the order date to receive your shipment. After the Apple is not responsible for unanticipated delays or postal strikes.
Within Australia
All purchases within Australia are shipped via Australia Post: Express Post.
Confirmation of orders sent will be emailed to your nominated email address once the order has been dispatched.
For security reasons, After the Apple online purchases will require a signature upon delivery. Therefore, purchases may not be shipped to P.O Boxes. It may be more convenient to nominate a work address.
If nobody is available to sign for the delivery when it arrives at the agreed delivery address, then the postman will leave a small note advising your nearest Post Office for collection.

Outside Australia
All purchases outside Australia are shipped via Australia Post: Registered.
After you have emailed query@aftertheapple.com to place your order and finalise shipping fees, we will ship directly to you.
Confirmation of orders sent will be emailed to your nominated email address once the order has been dispatched.
Fees vary dependent on weight and size of parcel.
Cancellation.
If you wish to cancel your order before it has been dispatched, contact us at query@aftertheapple.com to amend the order.
Once orders have been dispatched, we are unable to cancel deliveries.
Delivery Exceptions.
If for any reason you have not received your parcel within 14 days of ordering, please contact us at query@aftertheapple.com and allow us 5 days for us to carry out the investigation.
ORDER STATUS
If you have placed an order with After the Apple, you will be sent an email to confirm the following stages of your order.
Order Confirmation: Your order has been received and is being processed.
Shipped: Your order has been successfully shipped and is in transit.
Receipt: We like to check that you have received your bag and are satisfied.
RETURN and EXCHANGE
After the Apple aims to provide complete customer satisfaction. We’re passionate and serious about After the Apple bags and the service we provide. It’s important to us that you are happy with your purchase.
If for any reason this isn’t the case, return the products to us and upon receipt, we will access the situation and where applicable, ensure a prompt refund or exchange.
Product must be returned securely packaged via registered mail to the Returns Address stated below, within 14 days from delivery date. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
All returned product must not be worn, used or damaged. Detachable tote bag, original tags, original dust bag, and sales receipt must be included.

How to return your product.
Please email us at query@aftertheapple.com so we can advise the return address.
Please make sure the products are packaged securely - to ensure the products are not damaged in transit. The responsibility and liability of the products remains with you until they arrive back here with us, so we recommend you use a registered and insured postage service to return your After the Apple product.
After the Apple will confirm receipt of your parcel and organise the refund or exchange as quickly as possible.

AUTHENTIC ATA GUARANTEE
Whichever After the Apple bag you have selected and now have in your possession, it is made wholly, or part thereof, carefully selected leather. Hides are tanned using vegetable based tannins wherever possible, rather than chemicals.
All of After the Apple’s leathers are carefully selected, colour dyed to specification (in a drum, sprayed or dipped) and either woven, sewn or twisted together to create what is now yours.
Vegetable dyes are used as often as possible to avoid chemical dyes. Black is usually the colour that requires chemically dying. All other colours are Vegetable Dyed, a much better result for the environment.
Employing these methods results in a hand made, natural finish whereby leather colours do vary and hide markings are visible in some areas.
These processes incorporate hand drawn techniques ensuring no two bags are alike. This gives your bag genuine and original characteristics. Our specialists individually control all After the Apple products for quality.
Remember, as with anything natural, your bag will better with age.
PRODUCT CARE
Each After the Apple bag has unique qualities. A special treatment has been developed to keep the leather remarkably soft, so its look grows richer and deeper over time.
For the best possible care of your product, we recommend that you protect it from water and direct sources of heat and light. You may care for the leather with a sparing application of leather cream. This will moisturise and prolong the life span.
If cleaning is absolutely necessary, please lightly sponge the soiled area with water only, keeping in mind that a watermark will be left behind.
We can’t guarantee our products if they are not cared for or used as intended. But if we’ve made a mistake and your product is not as it should be, we put it right at our expense. If something unforeseen happens to your bag and it gets damaged, we’ll help you put it right while keeping your costs to a minimum.
We recommend that you store your product in its dust bag.
WHERE DOES MY BAG COME FROM?
After the Apple bags would be nothing without the people, places, loves and losses that make ATA what we are.
All After the Apple materials are sourced globally. Leathers from Italy, China and Pakistan: wherever the season takes us.
Our main goal is eliminating the amount of chemicals employed to tan the leathers and dye the materials. We strive to meet key standards to lessen our environmental impact.
All After the Apple bags are manufactured in China. Despite hugely improved conditions, there is still a stigma associated with producing in China. We build trusted relationships with factories that welcome us into their space, sharing what they do and how they do it.
There are factories all over the globe where working conditions are appalling. We ensure all our factories’ workers are of legal age, taking breaks, eating correctly and working reasonable hours. We spend weeks in China at key stages each season, so we have plenty of time to monitor conditions ourselves.
Without our skilled Chinese patternmakers and masters of leather, After the Apple would not be here today. We are immensely proud to work with the world’s most dynamic economy.
